How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favorite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using credit/debit card, Fawry, Vodafone Cash, or cash on delivery.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes! Contact us immediately at support@isisbeautys.com or via WhatsApp. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it for you.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and enjoy exclusive offers.

What payment methods do you accept?

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship nationwide in Egypt?

Yes! We deliver to all governorates across Egypt, from Cairo to Aswan, and everywhere in between.

How long does shipping take?

  • Cairo & Giza: 1-2 business days
  • Other Governorates: 3-5 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak shopping seasons.

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping costs vary by location and order value:

  • Free shipping on orders over 1,000 EGP
  • Standard shipping: 50-70 EGP (varies by location)

Check the shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Use this number to track your package on our website or the courier’s website.

What if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?

The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If unavailable, they’ll contact you to reschedule delivery at your convenience.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately at support@isisbeautys.com with your new address.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.

Which products cannot be returned?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal care products
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards

How do I return a product?

Contact us at support@isisbeautys.com to request a return authorization (RMA) number. We’ll provide detailed return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes! We exchange defective or damaged products for the same item. Email us at support@isisbeautys.com to arrange an exchange.

100% Yes! We source all our products directly from authorized distributors and official brand representatives. Authenticity is our priority.

Do you sell Korean (K-Beauty) products?

Yes! We carry top Korean beauty brands like COSRX, CeraVe, and more. Browse our K-Beauty Collection for the latest products.

How do I know which products are right for my skin type?

Are your products cruelty-free?

We prioritize cruelty-free and vegan brands. Look for the “Cruelty-Free” badge on product pages.

Do you offer samples?

What if a product is out of stock?

You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. We’ll email you as soon as it’s back in stock.

How should I store my skincare products?

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some products (like Vitamin C serums) may require refrigeration—check the packaging.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Most products have a shelf life of 1-2 years unopened. Once opened, use within 6-12 months. Check the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Can I return sale items?

No, sale items and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
