At Zozick Beauty, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that a great shopping experience continues even after you receive your products, which is why we have designed a clear, fair, and customer-friendly return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.


Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • ✔️ Unused and in the same condition as received
  • ✔️ In the original packaging with all labels and seals intact
  • ✔️ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • ✔️ Unopened — especially for personal care products

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of beauty and skincare products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • ❌ Opened or used products (creams, serums, face masks, etc.)
  • ❌ Opened or tested makeup products (lipstick, mascara, foundation, etc.)
  • ❌ Personal and sensitive care items
  • ❌ Digital products (e-gift cards, coupons)
  • ❌ Sale items (discounted products)
  • ❌ Customized or special-order items
  • ❌ Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • The product shows clear signs of use
  • The product is not in its original condition or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
  • Any item returned after more than 14 days from delivery

How to Return a Product

We will provide you with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.


Step 2: Prepare the Product

  • Place the item in its original packaging
  • Include your order number or receipt
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the return package

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product:

  • ✔️ We cover all shipping costs
  • ✔️ A courier will be sent to collect the item from your address

If returning due to a change of mind:

  • ❌ Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • ❌ Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount

Refund Process

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your refund approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Digital Wallets (Vodafone Cash / Fawry): 3–5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund issued via bank transfer or store credit
